  • We review and record all of your business transactions in QuickBooks and prepare monthly financial statements, including your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

  • We’re committed to excellent customer service and flexibility. If your business requires more frequent touchpoints, we can meet as often as needed.

  • We typically need your bank statements each month. We can set up automatic bank feeds in QuickBooks so you can stay focused on running your business. If you prefer, you can also send documents directly. We use secure cloud-based software and email for document delivery.

  • Your financial reports will be delivered by the 10th of each month, giving you timely insights to plan and make informed decisions.

  • No problem at all. We can clean up past transactions and correct inaccurate records. We’ll review your situation and outline the best approach for your business.

  • While we do not provide tax preparation services, we prepare clean, accurate financials that your CPA will need to file your taxes efficiently and confidently. We’re also happy to coordinate with your CPA to ensure a smooth tax season.
